Explore the moving language of dreams.  Embodied dreams can deepen insight and increase potential for freedom of movement in the body, relationships and being in every day life.  If you don’t remember your dreams, come and open to new possibilities for remembering and receiving from the dreams that are dreaming you. 

Become a Dream Explorer rather than a dream interpreter. Suspend quick interpretations and allow dream images to move within you and unfold deeper meaning and medicine.  In tending dreams we meet and integrate the unconscious wanting to become conscious at this time in our journey.  No dream snippit is too small to harvest from. 

Explore dreams in community and discover yourself as a part of a larger dreaming.
